The President of The Leonard Group, Kevin Leonard, optioned a screenplay he wrote about the life of WWI hero Eddie Rickenbacker. His screenplay won a Best Screenplay award in Clint Eastwood's Monterey County Film Commission 2007 Screenwriting Competition, and was a finalist in both the 2007 FilmMakers International Screenwriting and the 2007 Screenwriting Expo Screenplay competitions.
